Established in the 1920’s by brothers Alf & David Hope as young budding professionals they sold fur products to the young & wealthy. Since then the business has re-invented itself several times. In the 1980’s the business focus turned to leathers & suede products and now in the 21st century A&D Hope are proud to offer suits, standalone jackets, outerwear and leathers for men’s. The business continues to be run by David’s Grandson Jeffrey Hope.
A&D Hope is a small friendly business, with head office based in Borehamwood, England. There is strong team ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude where no job is too big or too small. We remain customer focused by treating all customers equally and tailor everything to suit their individual needs and aspirations. Our environment is important to us and we now have 2 extensive showrooms to showcase the products we are so proud of. This is where we hold all of our meetings ensuring quality & style are at the forefront of our minds at all times.
We feel confident that our range is commercially trend driven with a wide range to suit all customer profiles. Sourcing & design are top priority for the product team. We have an excellent logistics and delivery infrastructure process meaning we can be flexible to suit our customers according to their needs. We also hold stocks on a variety of our own brand suits which a lot of our customers find very useful.
Working as a team at A&D Hope is a must, through the good times and the bad times (because we are realistic) we always celebrate success. We have a highly experienced and dynamic sales, design, production, technical & merchandising team who are quick to react to customer & trends.
